Remembering the late Mavis Wells

Wishing to say thank you to everyone who donated at the funeral of the late Mavis Wells. So very kind of you and we will discuss with our residents what they would like the money to be spent on.

Gardening club

On Friday 21st March our residents enjoyed joining in with the gardening club with Caroline.

Piano

Our resident enjoyed playing on our grand piano.

Easter tree’s

Our residents have enjoyed decorating wooden Easter tree’s with wooden egg’s with our activity lady, Margaret.

Valentines Day

On Friday 14th February 2025, our residents thoroughly enjoyed decorating cupcakes with valentines sprinkles. They look yummy.

Elvis was in the building!

On 7th March 2025, our residents thoroughly enjoyed seeing Elvis with his backing dancers. We danced the morning away.

Easter Bunny

Our residents have enjoyed colouring in little wooden Easter bunny’s in preparation for Easter with our activity lady, Margaret.

Elvis will be back in the building

Elvis will be back in the building, back by popular demand. Friday 7th March 2025 – 11am. Elvis and his backing dancers are always a firm favourite with our residents and staff. We are all looking forward to his return.

Holy Communion with Reverend Stella Greenwood

We are privileged indeed to offer our residents the chance to take holy communion with local rector, the Rev.d Stella Greenwood, every second Friday of the month.   We  are  also  delighted  to  announce  that  St. Helen’s Choir  are  going  to  visit  us  this  Christmas,  on  Friday 13th  December, at 2pm.  

Santa’s Coming!

Santa has agreed to make a space in his hectic schedule to visit us!, on Wednesday 18th December, at 2pm.  This will be a good opportunity for our raffle — all proceeds of which go towards our residents’ Christmas presents fund — and for everyone to enjoy some sherry and mincepies!
