They also go through fist aid, lifting and handling, fire training, safe handling of medicines, food hygiene, infection control, tissue viability and many more. We find by offering this knowledge and training to our staff gives them confidence to deal with any enquiry or issue in a professional manner.
We have two full time chefs and all food is freshly cooked on the day. All diets are catered for - if you are vegetarian or diabetic or just don't like carrots, it's not a problem. We have a daily menu but if you would like something else, gain just tel chef what you would like and she'll cook it! Due to our location we are able to source a lot of our produce through local farmers so as to insure top quality. Our kitchen is large and always open so you can pop in anytime. We like it this way as anyone at any time can see for themselves the quality and standards of hygiene we insist on.
